Refund Policy

At Balletworks, we understand that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or transfers may be issued for our services, including classes, workshops, performances, and private sessions.

1. General Policy

Refunds or credits are offered based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. All requests must be made in writing to balletworks.ee@gmail.com with your full name, booking details, and reason for the request.

2. Classes

Cancellations by Client:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time: Full credit or refund offered.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start: No refund, but transfer to another eligible class may be arranged in advance.

Cancellations by Balletworks:

  • If a class is cancelled by us (e.g. due to instructor illness or low enrolment), a full refund or credit will be offered.

3. Private Lessons

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible depending on instructor availability.

​4. Class Packages

  • Non-refundable once purchased.

  • Please check the individual package terms and conditions for length of validity.

  • Unused sessions expire after the validity period.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis in the event of medical emergencies, family illness, or other unforeseen situations. Supporting documentation may be required.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
