Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class/event to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Balletworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low enrolment). In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative session or refund.
